pi-durable v1.3.0 adds SQLite table prefixes, fixes 140 MB memory spike on DO

pi-durable v1.3.0 ships two shared-database features and two fixes aimed at real deployment pain:
- SQLite table prefix namespaces ({ prefix: "pi" }) let Pi share a SQLite database with your app; prefixes render into SQL with zero adapter changes.
- Cloudflare Durable Object storage coordination: multiple Pi stores on the same storage object now share one operation queue, making it safe to share a DO database.
- Fix: compressed system baseline now leads context — previously, with assistant messages in preserved history, the post-compaction baseline landed after new input, so Anthropic and OpenAI Codex treated it as a mid-conversation system message without the initial prompt or toolset.
- Fix: base64 image encoding memory spike — encoding a 3 MiB image cost 140 MB of heap, blowing past DO's 128 MB limit; now built in 8 KiB chunks.
No breaking changes; the Chinese manual (5,352-line spec translation plus 32 annotated examples) is updated in sync.
