Nebius expands AI Builder Program to Europe with $10M in compute grants and capital

Nebius is expanding its AI Builder Program across Europe with $10M in total support, launching this week at NVIDIA GTC Berlin alongside NVIDIA, Accel, and a network of European VCs.
The program targets builders working on open models, developer tools, and applications, offering:
- Compute grants for selected projects in open models, coding agents, post-training, and evals
- VC connections to turn open-source projects into companies
- Hackathons and demo days with communities like AITinkerers, techeurope, and esrarobotics
