ApolloOffice: a Pixel Office of Claude Workers Turning GitHub Issues into Tested PRs
QueasyCat3096 · reddit · 2026-10-19
A developer released ApolloOffice, a free open-source (AGPL-3.0) local service where a fixed pipeline of Claude workers turns GitHub bug reports into tested pull requests, each worker visible at its own pixel desk.
- Pipeline: Scout finds issues → Repro writes a failing test → Fixer writes the fix → CI runs your test command → Reviewer reads the diff → Submit opens the PR; Watcher rebases open PRs on conflicts
- Proof-checking is built in: the new test must fail without the fix and pass with it; every PR waits for human approval by default
- Built with Claude Code in 5 days; rewritten as a single Rust binary after scrapping a bloated version
- During development, 10 read-only Opus agents hunted bugs and found 70, all fixed
- Workers run on your own Claude Code login (Haiku for small jobs, Sonnet for fixes), or Codex/API key/Ollama per worker
One binary for Windows, macOS and Linux; no server middleman, no telemetry.
