Grok's phone-call feature only works in the US via Bland AI, testing reveals
bytebot · x · 2026-10-19
bytebot finds that Grok Bot only actually makes phone calls if you're in the USA, powered by the Bland AI API. Asking it to book reservations in Malaysia or acquire a +60 number doesn't work, and Singapore's +65 is similar — so online reservations remain the preferred path, exposing the third-party and geographic limits behind Grok's calling feature.
