Developer leefee reports (with a correction): from version 26.1007.71326, in projects running under "goal" mode, if a new session's "instruction" content hits context-length compaction, every compaction event re-triggers execution of that instruction content.
According to their troubleshooting with ChatGPT, a similar issue existed as early as Sep 1 with minor impact, and grew severe around Oct 14. The post tags thsottiaux for attention.
