Bitcoin v0.1 rebuilt byte-for-byte, confirming Satoshi's shipped exe matches source

Developer t4t5 published bitcoin-0.1-rebuilt on GitHub, rebuilding bitcoin.exe from the first release archive's source — byte-for-byte identical to what Satoshi shipped in January 2009 (SHA256 fbcac071…, 6,440,960 bytes). It proves the 2009 binary was compiled from exactly the published source, with nothing else baked in.

Archaeological fun facts: Satoshi used Windows XP with MinGW and upgraded binutils mid-project; he shipped a debug build but turned on max optimization for the mining hash file; the exe everyone calls v0.1.0 is actually v0.1.1, compiled two days after the announcement — the original launch-day binary appears lost. Bitcoin 0.1 was never meant to be reproducible; matching it required reconstructing Satoshi's exact toolchain environment.
