A detailed workflow for fixing six-finger/fused hands from Z-Image Turbo + character LoRA pipelines: detect hands with handyolov8n (ADetailer), crop 2.4x around each hand, upscale to 1024×1024, run Qwen-Image-Edit-2511 with a precise repair prompt, then paste back with a feathered ellipse mask. Lowering LoRA weight, hand-detail prompts, higher resolution, SDXL inpainting, and ControlNet all failed or made it worse; whole-image edits still left six fingers, while the crop approach fixed every tested case without touching faces, keeping original resolution. Setup: RTX 4090 + ComfyUI, Q5KM GGUF + Lightning 4-step LoRA, 6 steps CFG 1, 20s per hand.
