Design Arena computes per-model "style vectors" from 64,000+ AI-generated websites
ycombinator · x · 2026-10-19
Design Arena used 64,000+ AI-generated websites to compute a "style vector" for each frontier model, overlaying each model's 40 most typical generations: OpenAI (GPT-6 Astra) leans cream backgrounds with italic serifs; Anthropic (Claude Opus 5.5) goes dark, glowing purple; Google (Gemini 3.8 Flash) produces navy dashboards with sidebars; Meta (Muse Spark 1.3) emits loud magazine-style color blocks. Even neutral prompts like "make a website" reliably drift toward each model's signature aesthetic, showing the per-model "feel" in frontend generation is real and measurable.
