SumitGup · x · 2026-10-19
Neocloud provider Nscale has filed financials through Dec 31, 2024 with a "going concern" disclosure — directors acknowledging the company could fail within 12 months without new funding — reportedly the first major neocloud to do so. Separately, Reuters (citing the Telegraph) reports Microsoft has withdrawn from its UK data center deal with Nscale, fueling commentary that Nscale is now racing Firmus and CoreWeave to become the first neocloud to go bankrupt.
