Gemini 4 Argon builds a flyable voxel space station blind: 13 tool calls, 18 minutes

A Reddit user's blind arena gave seven models the same prompt—build a flyable voxel space station in one HTML file, one run, no edits. Gemini 4 Argon finished in 18 minutes with just 13 tool calls (fewest of seven; others took 5 min–2h20m and 21–384 calls). Uniquely, it never opened a browser: it ran its scene in Node against a three.js stand-in and shipped a fully playable 92KB station with 10 teleport rooms, its last message admitting it was never visually inspected. The arena, voting and headless Chrome checks were built with Claude Code; the underlying desktop app Locust (MIT) is free and open source, all nine rounds at locust.lol/arena.
