SteadySplats runs in-browser at 240 fps with near-free training overhead

- SteadySplats, one of several cool Gaussian Splatting papers from the past week, has already been implemented in the browser by a developer — one day after the paper surfaced, ahead of the official code release.
- Training is unaffected: the new variance term is practically free. Rendering runs at a solid 240 fps, with bigger gains at denser viewpoints.
- The in-browser demo shows the method is lightweight enough for real-time rendering in ordinary web environments, coming from a familiar Gaussian Splatting research group.
