francescoinweb3 stopped asking Claude to "make a video" and instead gives it six small jobs, each producing one file the next job builds on: spec.md (analyze a reference video's pacing and cut rhythm), data.json (pull real numbers with sources), story.md (one point, one hero number, three beats), Scene.tsx (every frame as Remotion code), timing.ts (plain-word notes like "title is a beat late"), then render and self-check against spec before human approval. Small jobs mean each step has one checkable output and fixes are localized without re-rolling everything.
