Two Claude Sessions Collab to Code-Render a 16,074-Frame Music Video
Se777enUP · reddit · 2026-10-18
A Redditor had Claude create a music video for Tool's "Right in Two" with every frame drawn in code (WebGL shaders, 16,074 frames at 4K)—no image generators or stock footage. A Claude app session acted as director (analyzing stems, timing drum hits, writing a design doc) while Claude Code built the renderer; Gemini gave blunt reviews with the director verifying each complaint against real frames, since Gemini samples only 1 fps. Late-stage fixes were re-rendered as 720p previews only, as a full 4K render takes 11 hours on a GTX 1080. Claude declined syncing lyrics over copyright concerns but offered a PowerShell workaround.
