A new Fitbit Air owner publicly appeals to Sundar Pichai: the hardware is great, but the Google Health app can't do the one thing runners want — share a Strava-style map with distance and pace. The post highlights Google's lingering hardware-software integration gaps after acquiring Fitbit.
