Anduril Industries, Palmer Luckey's defense tech company, built Sentry, an autonomous VR-controlled firefighting tank prototype. According to the claim, the units are now sitting idle in a parking lot because the Firefighters Union said it would eliminate firefighting jobs.
The poster questions whether the union may have endangered the public, tagging Palmer Luckey for verification; no official response yet.
