A subscriber reports their $200 OpenAI plan allowance was burned through in a single day, then apparently reset to zero, before 20K credits suddenly appeared — with inconsistent usage data. Screenshot shows the weekly limit at 0% with 5d 7h until reset, shared across Codex, Work, Workspace Agents, and ChatGPT for Excel. They publicly tagged OpenAI asking if something is off; no official response yet.
