Ben Bajarin: only ~5% of knowledge workers use AI daily, 1B enterprise PCs await deployment

Analyst Ben Bajarin laid out three weekend takes: (1) regardless of market swings, AI remains transformational; (2) only 5% of global knowledge workers use AI daily in some capacity, mostly very lightly; (3) the industry is still compute-constrained even at today's high token prices and GPU rental rates.
He estimates 95% of knowledge workers remain to be deployed onto an installed base of 1 billion enterprise PCs — a demand case that excludes consumer adoption entirely.
