A developer hacked a Tesla vehicle controller into his Mac Mini stand: before leaving, he can pop the AC on remotely or set the navigation destination so self-driving is ready when he gets in the car.
He found the official Tesla developer site and asked Claude Code to build something cool with it — and it delivered. A neat example of wiring an existing API into a new capability with an AI coding tool.
