Custom VBIOS loader lets you edit RTX 50/40/30 power limits and voltages without flashing

Developer panchovix released three tools to modify and load custom NVIDIA VBIOS without flashing the card:
- VBIOS editor: tweak power limits, voltage, NVVDD/MSVDD offsets, fan controls, core/VRAM offsets — e.g. drop an RTX 5090 below 400W or unlock RTX 6000 PRO MaxQ from 325W/0.9V to 600W/1.1V.
- Windows loader: patches the GPU's registry file and re-applies the modified VBIOS copy on every reboot; requires driver 616.56+ and a matching payload per PCI device ID.
- Fedora loader: patches GSP firmware at boot with a separate boot entry that auto-rebuilds on kernel updates; needs open kernel modules 615.x+, Secure Boot off or a self-signed module.
Tested working on RTX 5090/4090/3090 and RTX 6000 PRO MaxQ — e.g. raising a 4090 from 550W to 671W. Falcon security prevents direct flashing, but the loader approach sidesteps it.
