Gemini 4 posts 15.1% hallucination rate, far below GPT-6 and Claude in new benchmark
haider1 · x · 2026-10-17
Artificial Analysis' AA-Omniscience benchmark shows Gemini 4 Argon with a 15.1% hallucination rate, far below GPT-6 Astra (44.8%/48.3%), GPT-6.1 Sol (49.4%/50.9%), Claude Opus 5.5 (67.6%/65.7%) and Claude Fable 5.1 (68.8%/70.5%).
The author notes many models look good because they lean on web search; for automated workflows without search, low base hallucination matters even more, so model comparisons often stack the wrong candidates.
