Reflection AI open-sources Beam weights under Apache 2.0 with Mirror CLI harness

Reflection AI released open weights for Beam under Apache 2.0 in collaboration with 40+ ecosystem partners. The release includes weights, tokenizer, and reference implementation; BF16, FP8, and NVFP4 variants plus a DFlash2 drafter; and Mirror CLI, the open-source harness used to build and train Beam. Weights and model card are on Hugging Face for local inspection and experimentation.
