User gets subscription refund by having Grok Bot write the complaint email
koltregaskes · x · 2026-10-17
An X user shared how she resolved a subscription billing mess: she screenshotted her old subscription payments and a batch of confusing new subscription names, then asked Grok Bot what was going on.
Grok Bot suggested emailing the support team and even wrote the email for her. The team replied with an upgrade link and refunded the leftover amount from her old plan — she recovered several months of payments and is now on the new plan with everything working.
She suggests X should put Grok Bot on its official support team. A practical case of using an AI bot to deal with platform customer service.
