akatzai released H3 Character Swap LoRA V1.5, with improved identity preservation and better handling of cuts versus V1; V2 is still being refined. The author also open-sourced the companion workflow/tool he uses with it, demoed by linoytsaban. Useful for AI video character-swap creations.
