Opus 5.5 one-shots an NES port of a web game with music and animations

Developer Benj Edwards reports that Claude Opus 5.5 basically one-shotted an "insanely good" NES port of his web game Violent Checkers, complete with music and animations — he simply pointed it at his HTML and said "make a AAA NES port." The game is playable in an online emulator (two players, gamepad support; the server runs a real NES emulator while each browser renders its own copy). He adds we're in yet another window where feats like "perfect console ports in an hour" will soon feel expected.
