OpenAI Agents API weekly: 6-Astra Ultrafast, sandbox snapshots, idle-environment billing fix

OpenAI's dev account retweeted this week's Agents API updates: 6-Astra Ultrafast is now available; sandbox snapshots let you restore OpenAI-hosted environments after idle with files intact; you're no longer billed for idle environments; environment keys can be created programmatically; a new Artifact SDK creates and edits spreadsheets, slides and Word docs in hosted sandboxes; turn-level history fetches items from a specific root-agent turn including subagent interactions; and vaults can be filtered by metadata.
