HeyPCB MCP server lets AI agents design fully routed KiCad PCBs from one prompt
R4nsack · x · 2026-10-17
- HeyPCB launched an MCP server that puts a PCB engineer inside your AI agent: one prompt yields a fully routed PCB, firmware, and enclosure as a real KiCad project.
- Setup takes seconds — paste claude mcp add --transport http heypcb https://api.heypcb.ai/mcp (or codex/cursor equivalents), sign in, and ask your agent to "design a USB-C LED nightlight."
- Works with virtually every MCP client, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Cline, Zed, JetBrains, and more.
