Perplexity's open-weights Decider v1.2 (27B) and Flash v1.2 (4B) land on OpenRouter

Perplexity's open-weights decision models Decider v1.2 and Decider Flash v1.2 are now on OpenRouter. Unlike chat LLMs, Decider reads text, JSON, or images and returns typed, probabilistic answers in one request: yes/no probability, per-option probabilities (up to 255 choices), or rubric-level probabilities plus an expected score.
- Decider v1.2: a 27B checkpoint succeeding v1.1, 262K context, $0.02/1M input with free output
- Decider Flash v1.2: 4B, faster and half the cost, same API contract
- Built for classification, routing, moderation, and rubric grading where app code thresholds the numbers instead of parsing replies
