Claude Code 2.1.206 regression: no way to disable automatic worktree creation on desktop

- A user reports that in Claude Code 2.1.206 (desktop, Windows), automatic worktree creation can no longer be turned off — the old UI checkbox for choosing session behavior is gone.
- Filed as issue #102412 on anthropics/claude-code with bug/regression labels; confirmed working in a previous version. No error messages, just a missing option.
