Ten evaluation organizations — METR, Apollo Research, Redwood Research, ARC, Irregular, Gray Swan, SecureBio, Transluce and Epoch — each have documented ties to Anthropic and at least two of the other five signatories. Only 2 of 43 (TNO and Technopolis, both on an EU AI Office contract) show no tie; the US government's own testing center CAISI has documented ties to all six. In total, 60 documented testing/evaluation/red-teaming ties run from 7 labs to 26 organizations, 17 of which tie to two or more labs.
