OpenAI's Safety and Security Committee, promised in Sept 2024 to become an 'independent Board oversight committee', is chaired by Zico Kolter, who per Qualcomm's proxy statement is co-founder and chief scientist of Gray Swan AI — an evaluator named in OpenAI's own system cards. Paul Christiano joined the OpenAI Foundation board in Sept 2026; none of the six accord signatories had named its auditor or board committee for the accord.
