Scoble heads to SF humanoid robotics conf, teased that Optimus demo will steal the show

Tech commentator Robert Scoble posted an emotional long-form note about driving to a humanoid robotics conference in San Francisco, teasing an unseen "elephant in the room": Optimus. Jason Calacanis told him that as cool as the Roadster demo was, Optimus will be even cooler — and Scoble believes him.
He frames the moment as a fight between builders creating new things with AI and resisters: people who don't want data centers in their backyards, who don't want autonomous cars, and so on.
