Claude Code Review goes GA on Team and Enterprise plans with Quick, Standard, and Deep modes

Anthropic has made Claude Code Review generally available for Team and Enterprise plans: reviews are faster, catch more bugs that matter, and admins can now pick Quick, Standard, or Deep review levels per repo.
Anthropic engineer bcherny says it runs on all his PRs and catches almost every bug before merge, calling it part of the secret sauce that lets his team ship fast while raising quality.
