RAX open-sources everything: zero demos, all experiment sessions included

The RAX team is open-sourcing the full platform: agent architecture, instructions, and exploration workflow; robot interfaces and benchmark integrations; evaluation protocols; executable real-robot skills; and ALL experiment sessions—including failures, revisions, and successful runs, an unusually complete release.

They also ship the RAX Skill Library, where each skill carries code, preconditions, checks, failure modes, and execution evidence for later sessions to retrieve, compose, and improve. On real robots, RAX collected ZERO teleoperation or action demonstrations, yet learned precision insertion (0.1mm clearance), air-fryer manipulation, stain wiping, hidden-object tracking, Bandu tower assembly, and long-horizon mobile whole-body control. Researchers can bring new robots via their APIs or contribute learned skills.
