gemini-cli PR forwards termination signals to child processes, fixing orphaned processes

A PR to google-gemini/gemini-cli (#29790, fixing #25590) forwards POSIX termination and user signals (SIGTERM, SIGHUP, SIGINT, SIGQUIT, SIGUSR1, SIGUSR2) from the bootstrap parent to the spawned child process, preventing the child from ignoring signals or becoming orphaned when supervisors like systemd, ACP clients or container runtimes signal the parent PID. The implementation wraps child.kill in try/catch for exit races, tracks listeners in a Map and cleans them via process.off to avoid accumulation across relaunches, and adds unit tests.
