Microsoft AI's MAI-Transcribe-2 is now on OpenRouter, ranked #1 on the FLEURS multilingual benchmark at $0.10/hour. It supports 60 languages with auto language ID, code switching, speaker diarization, word-level timestamps, keyword biasing for domain terms, and verbatim/clean styles; it's faster than v1.5 on long-form audio. OpenRouter exposes verbosejson + timestampgranularities for word timestamps and azure provider options for diarization, phraseList keywords and transcription style.
