Per Bloomberg filings reported by ZeroHedge, CoreWeave's three co-founders sold $3.3 billion in stock since the March 2025 IPO — $2.4 billion this year alone. CEO Michael Intrator sold over $907 million, Brannin McBee $1.06 billion (40.4% of his undiluted stake), and Brian Venturo $1.2 billion (over 35% of his holding). Meanwhile shares have plunged more than 50% from May highs, 2032 unsecured bonds have entered distressed territory, and five-year CDS spreads have blown out as the AI circular-financing model of hyperscalers and neoclouds comes under scrutiny.
