Fish Audio released Drama 3 (preview), an open-weight voice model that lets you direct performances rather than just read text:
- 83 languages, fully open-weight
- Natural-language acting directions: describe emotion, pacing, pauses inline and control exactly which words change
- Audio inpainting and word-level editing
- Five directing modes mixable in one line: plain read, free description, sound effects, word-pick, any language
- Demo page includes Uncle Roger's licensed voice for interactive roasts
The poster uses it for Japanese content localization, calling the localization arbitrage "getting ridiculous."
