Adobe ships NVIDIA RTX Spark optimizations: up to 2x faster creative apps and 5x Frame.io gains
shashib · x · 2026-10-16
Adobe and NVIDIA announced three upgrades bringing data-center-class power to creatives' desks. Photoshop, Premiere and Substance 3D are optimized for the RTX Spark superchip (Blackwell GPU plus Arm-based Grace CPU), running up to 2x faster for AI processing, editing, color and effects—only on new RTX Spark machines. Frame.io embedding generation is up to 5x faster with 4-5x lower 95th-percentile latency, and a search proxy shrank 80%. The author notes users on older hardware should ask Adobe how much of the speedup they'll actually get.
