Meta releases Muse Spark Open, trained with vLLM-powered RL inference from day one

Meta released Muse Spark Open, and the vLLM team confirmed that vLLM powered RL inference during its training and supports the open release from day one. vLLM author Zhuohan calls it a glimpse of recursive self-improvement: RL makes models better, LLMs help optimize inference, and faster inference enables more RL — the flywheel keeps spinning.
