Third-party tests find NVIDIA Nemotron-3.5 Bolt underperforms nano on pandas/numpy and decision-making tasks
norenEnmotalen · reddit · 2026-10-16
A Reddit user shared independent domain-specific test results for NVIDIA's newly released Nemotron-3.5 models, with largely negative findings:
- Nemotron-3.5-Bolt-74-A9B and Nemotron-3.5-Super-VL performed particularly poorly on pandas/numpy and DDDM (data-driven decision-making) sections
- Bolt's medium thinking mode scored worse than Nemotron nano; high thinking was marginally better (not statistically significant) but far slower
The author posted a PTA index comparison chart against other key models.
