akatzai released H3 Character Swap LoRA V1.5, built on MiniMax H3 Ref2VA, along with the companion workflow tool:
- V1.5 improves identity preservation and cut handling over V1; V2 hasn't met the author's quality bar yet. Recommended strength: 1.0
- Usage: source performance as Video 1, character reference as Picture 1; prompt describes the person to replace and the reference identity (face, hair, clothing preserved; pose, gaze, expression and motion follow the source)
- Start with a short 24fps continuous shot and verify identity/motion/joins before extending
- Up on Hugging Face under the MiniMax H3 community license; the tool handles masks, scene anchors, source-audio conditioning and continuation history
