DeepSeek has consolidated its Harness, Web, App and Platform teams into a single Product department overseeing all product, design and engineering, led by Cui Tianyi, and is hiring PMs, designers and PMs-in-Chief in Beijing/Hangzhou. The Agent Harness PM role explicitly names Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Manus, requires first-hand Context/Harness Engineering practice, and asks candidates to define the metric of whether Agents 'genuinely help more people in more scenarios.' Vibecoding and AI-assisted prototyping are baseline requirements across roles.
