SoftBank has hired banks for US IPOs of SB Energy (JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citi, Mizuho; possibly as early as September at a valuation above $50 billion) and its autonomous robotics spinoff Roze, which will build data centers and use robotics to speed AI infrastructure construction. FT previously reported the AI/robotics spinoff at roughly $100 billion. OpenAI has committed $500 million to SB Energy as part of a joint $1 billion investment with SoftBank. 2026 is set to bring mega AI listings from SpaceX, Anthropic and OpenAI.
