X user XFreeze dug up an old Elon Musk tweet from January 2019, in which Musk quoted a hovering DeLorean GIF from Back to the Future and claimed the new Roadster "will actually do something like this." More than six years later the promise remains undelivered, and the tweet is being recirculated as a jab at Tesla's chronic delays.
