A Reddit user posted a Google AI Pro notification screenshot reading "New model unlocked: Meet Gemini 4 Argon: Next-era frontier intelligence," saying the new frontier model is in early access for Gemini student-plan users, built for complex multi-step workflows with end-to-end results, available in the Gemini app and AI Mode in Search.
Neither the screenshot nor the "Argon" name is officially verified — the naming is odd next to Google's known Gemini lineup — so it could be fake or an internal test page leak. Treat with caution.
