Bland launches branded iMessage agents sharing personas with voice and SMS bots
ycombinator · x · 2026-10-16
Bland announced iMessage support for its business agents: messages arrive from a verified, branded business profile with blue bubbles instead of a random number.
The iMessage agents share the same pathways, personas, and long-term memory as Bland's existing voice and SMS agents, so one flow powers all channels. Capabilities include high-res photos, video, PDFs, voice memos, tapbacks, delivery/read receipts and typing indicators for analytics, with full encryption. Enterprise plans get fully branded profiles.
