Nvidia NemoClaw makes TIME's Best Inventions of 2026 as an agent that can't break containment

NVIDIA announced that its enterprise agent NemoClaw was named one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2026, described as "an autonomous AI agent that can't break containment."
NemoClaw is built on OpenClaw, the open-source assistant praised for planning and executing commands without extra prompting — but whose autonomy caused incidents like wiping a Meta security researcher's inbox. NVIDIA added enterprise guardrails: the agent runs in an isolated sandbox, so it can write code, browse the web and use apps without risking live systems. Corporate clients include Siemens and Foxconn.
