Box demos an automated flow: a COI arrives via File Request, Box AI Extract pulls coverage fields from the upload and project requirements, and OpenAI's Decisions API returns a typed route—request endorsement, specialist review, or ready for human review. A webhook triggers the pipeline, creating review tasks and writing extracted values and confidence back as metadata.
