Blogger aakashgupta stress-tested Gemini 4 Argon's frontend generation: five prompts of 50 words each, sent once with zero fixes, produced five playable apps in 328 seconds for $0.37 total at list price.
Results:
- 3D solar system (three.js, drag-to-orbit, click-to-fly): 66s, 7,505 tokens, $0.075 — sun washes out the screen, needs a redo
- Neon endless runner (no libraries, screen shake + particles): 74s, 8,216 tokens, $0.082
- RICE prioritization board for PMs with live re-sorting and scatter plot: 85s, 9,982 tokens, $0.100
- Plus an AI cost calculator and more
Every prompt followed the same four-part structure: what to build in a single HTML file, allowed libraries, how it should feel, and phone-portrait sizing. The author declined to grade Google's official demo of building a Slides deck from 80,000 NASA files since it can't be reproduced; his own runs all went through Google's API on Oct 14, with prompts and apps publicly inspectable.
