Sites adds workspace custom domains and private tunnels to internal APIs

Follow-up from OpenAI on Sites Enterprise: workspaces can now publish sites on their verified custom domains (e.g. support.sites.[yourdomain].com), and private tunnels let hosted Sites connect to approved internal infrastructure and APIs.
